Shipping Policy

 

Thank you for visiting and shopping with Tone! You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Standard shipment delivery time is 3-5 business days.

Tone is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. If you have any questions about this shipping policy, please contact us at toneactivewear2@gmail.com.

Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping with Tone! In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 10 days of delivery. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
